Orders are desptatched within 3-7 days - in peak season (July-September) this may increase.

If ordering uniform for September then please make sure to place your order at least 3-4 weeks before back to school to allow enough time to recieve your order (turnaround should be quicker than this but please allow the time if you can due to the influx of orders we have during the summer months)

You can have your order delivered direct to you or you can collect from our Witham store.

If you do want to collect then please select this when checking out - please then await an email or text message from us confirming the order is ready before coming down to collect.

These items cannot be returned or exchanged so please contact us before ordering if you need any help with sizing.

Our store front is open Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm & you can pop into store anytime during these days - no appointment is needed.
