Orders are usually desptatched within 2-5 days - in peak season (July-September) this may increase to 7-14 days - please avoid emailing for an update unless your order has surpassed this turarnound time.

If ordering uniform for September then please make sure to place your order at least 3-4 weeks before back to school to allow enough time to recieve your order (turnaround should be quicker than this but please allow the time if you can due to the influx of orders we have during the summer months)

You can have your order delivered direct to you or you can collect from our Witham store.

If you do want to collect then please select this when checking out - please then await an email or text message from us confirming the order is ready before coming down to collect.

Returns and Exchanges - please drop us an email sales@personalise-uk.co.uk to arrange any returns or exchanges - if you are unsure on sizes, email us before ordering so we can help you or pop into store to try on.

Please note - trousers can only be returned if in the original packaging.

Our store front is open Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm & you can pop into store anytime during these days - no appointment is needed.
