Items can either be delivered direct to you or collection can be made from our Witham store - if wanting to collect then please select this at the checkout and wait for us to contact you to let you know that your order is ready to collect - orders can take between 2-3 weeks, if you require your order in a rush then please email us sales@personalise-uk.co.uk before ordering so we can confirm whether the items can be ready in time.

Items cannot be exchanged/returned once personalised so please check size guides before ordering or email us sales@personalise-uk.co.uk if any guidance is needed on sizing.

If you want an item with the 50 Years logo then please call us or email us to order this - they have not been listed on the mini shop to avoid any confusion when ordering,

Ladies fit items can also be ordered but again you will need to call us or email us to order these.

You are welcome to pop your own item into us and we can add the logo for £9.99 - the item(s) would have to be left with us to be embroidered and we then contact you once ready.
