Due to the high cost of administration where a customer cancels an order once artwork has been produced and goods have been reserved, Personalise reserves the right to charge for:-
1. The re-stocking of garments at 15% (£10 minimum).
2.The right to charge a logo design fee (£10 minimum).
3. The right to charge card/internet processing fees (£10 minimum).
Whilst Personalise will keep all charges to a minimum Personalise will not suffer losses due to a customer changing there decision to purchase specifically when a customer does not accept our logo's for approval as Personalise will amend logo's until a customer is satisfied with their artwork.
Any orders that are being personalised or having logos added cannot be returned or exchanged once completed - personalisation/logos cannot be removed from garments so the goods cannot be put to any use once these have been added - please ensure to double check any proof's sent over to you before agreeing to proceed with your order.
Please make sure you spell any names correctly if adding personalisation to any items - once any item has been personalised it cannot be changed/refunded/exchanged.
If you require your order by a certain date then please get in touch before placing your order - our turnaround times do vary depending on our workload so if you need your order by a certain date we ask that you contact us so we can confirm if it is possible for us to meet your deadline.
