Damaged Goods. All items are carefully checked prior to sending and are wrapped with the utmost care, however in the unlikely event that your goods should be faulty or damaged, you must report it to us immediately. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt, after this period we will be unable to exchange or refund. Once we have received damaged or faulty goods within the returns time scale a replacement or refund will be made immediately.
Other Returns. We will only accept the return of damaged or faulty goods.
